nustargaming accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any nustargaming content without prior written consent from nustargaming. Unauthorised use of nustargaming intellectual property may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nustargaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
nustargaming's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
